Bryson deChambeau, LIV Golf’s Bryson appeared on CNN Tuesday night for a five-minute and twenty-second interview with Kaitlin Collin.
DeChambeau was vilified on social media by many golfers and even a PGA Tour member.
When it comes to his feelings or thoughts about sports, he has never held back. He is not afraid to think outside the box or take risks.
DeChambeau, wearing his LIV golf crushers team gear in a CNN interview, defended the Public Investment Fund Governor of Saudi Arabia, Yasser Al-Rumayyan.

“There was a lot going on behind closed doors.” DeChambeau stated that H-E Yasir has been a strong supporter of the sport and always wanted to grow it.
“H.E.” is short for “His Excellence.”
DeChambeau stated, “I believe this is the greatest thing to ever happen to golf.” “The players will experience something new and different. The fans will get what they want. But I believe that the game of Golf wins.”
“I feel bad for the PGA Tour Players because they were told something and then it happened. On our side, we’ve been told one thing, but now, things have come true. From my perspective, it’s a bit disappointing that PGA Tour players don’t necessarily win. I hope that they can find a solution to ensure that they’re valued the same as we are at LIV. I believe that will happen. It’s going to take a while with players pushing back and trying to find out what gives them the most opportunity to be successful.
Collins asked DeChambeau to comment on Saudi Arabia’s record in human rights. At first, he said that the families of 9/11 victims would not be compensated for their loss. However, he added that this was 20 years ago. “We’re now at a point where we need to work together and make things better overall.”
Collins then asked if DeChambeau felt uncomfortable, given that the Saudis were accused of funding terrorism and murdering Washington Post reporter Jamal Khashoggi.
DeChambeau stated, “It’s unfortunate that this has happened, but I cannot speak to it because I am a golfer.” “What I can tell you is that they are trying to be better allies because we’re allied with them. I won’t get into politics, as I am not an expert in this field. What I can say, however, is that they are trying to do something good for the world. They want to show themselves in a new light. “Nobody is perfect but we all try to improve our lives.”
The video was then picked up by Golf Twitter, which had a ball.
