Minjee Lee’s earnings of $3,809 960 would have topped the LPGA money lists in almost any other season. Lydia Ko’s season-ending win at the CME Group Tour Championship, which offered a record $2 million first-place prize of $2 million, pushed her to #4,364,403. Lee was second.
With $16,695,357 Ko moved up to the fifth spot on the LPGA career-money list, just ahead of Lorena Olchoa. Annika Sorenstam (left), Karrie Webb (right), Cristie Kerr (right), and Inbee Parker are the four players who trail Ko.
Six players broke the $2 million barrier this season on LPGA, and 27 players won seven figures.
